1. The agreement
Introwire is operated by OneObit, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India(“we”). By signing in to app.introwire.com or using the free tools on introwire.com you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use Introwire for a company, you confirm you may bind it, and “you” means that company.
2. Who may use it
Introwire is for business-to-business outreach by people aged 18 or over. You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do there.
3. Plans and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing section. We may change its limits with notice.
- Paid plans are paid in advance in crypto, for one, three or twelve months, at the prices shown when you pay. You send the amount shown to the address shown, on the chain shown, and give us the transaction hash.
- The plan starts when we have confirmed the transaction on the chain, and runs until the paid-until date shown in Settings. Three days after that date, a workspace that has not paid again goes back to Free.
- You pay any network fees. A payment sent on the wrong chain, to a different address, or short of the amount may not be recoverable; we will help where we can but cannot promise a refund.
- Fees are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before we raise the price of a plan you are on.
4. What you may send
You are the sender of every email Introwire sends for you. You agree that:
- You send only from mailboxes and domains you own or are allowed to use, under your real name and company.
- You email people in their business role, about something relevant to their work, and every email is honest about who you are and why you write.
- You follow the laws that apply to you and to the people you email, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the GDPR and the UK GDPR with PECR, Canada’s CASL, and India’s IT Act and DPDP Act, and you have a lawful basis for each contact.
- When someone asks you to stop, you stop. Introwire adds them to your never-email list; do not work around it.
- You do not send spam, phishing, malware, misleading subject lines, or offers of tokens, presales, airdrops or other investments, and you do not impersonate anyone.
- You do not try to get past the sending limits, for example with many workspaces or borrowed mailboxes.
The limits are deliberate: at most thirty emails a day from a mailbox, one email per company, plain text, and a pause when bounces pass 2%. We may pause sending, suspend a workspace or close an account that breaks this section, or whose sending harms deliverability for others, without notice where the harm is ongoing.
5. Your data
You own what you put into Introwire: your leads, templates, emails and replies. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. For the people you contact, you are the controller and we process their data for you; you are responsible for having the right to contact them. You can export your data or ask us to delete it by writing to [email protected].
6. The project directory
The directory and, on the Scale plan, the contacts at each project are compiled from public sources and provided as they are. Check before you rely on them. Use them only for your own outreach through Introwire: do not copy, export, resell or publish the directory.
7. Other services
Introwire works through services we do not run: your email provider, Google, and Telegram if you connect it. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions, such as a provider limiting a mailbox.
8. No promise of results
We work to keep your emails out of spam folders, but we cannot promise delivery, replies, meetings or deals. Introwire is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, add or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we give no other warranties.
9. Our software
Introwire’s software, design and the directory belong to OneObit. You may use them only as these terms allow. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before it, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will cover our losses and reasonable costs from claims by others arising from the emails you send or from your breach of section 4.
11. Ending
You can stop using Introwire at any time and ask us to close your account. We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue after the end.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
13. Changes and contact
We will post changes here with a new date and email customers about material changes before they take effect. Questions go to [email protected].
