A list is not a lead. A reason to reply is.
Chains from chainlist and live RPC activity. Protocols from DefiLlama. For each one, what they run today and what changed last month. Role inboxes never make the list.
Slow enough to land. Fast enough to matter.
Ten a day from a new mailbox, three more each day, never past thirty. Plain text, one link, no pixel. One to four minutes apart. One email per company, ever. No sequences, no “checking in”.
Read in ten minutes. Answered in one click.
Each reply is sorted as interested, a question, not now, or no, and a draft answer is written from the thread. You approve, edit or skip. A no is honoured for good.
The calendar fills. The board keeps score.
Interested becomes a call and a card with a follow-up date. Reply rate is tracked per template and per segment, so chains get the email chains answer and protocols get theirs.
Then the deal goes where crypto deals happen.
On a yes, a Telegram group opens with your team in it and the invite goes by email. Every message is logged. A question unanswered for a day, or five days of silence, becomes tomorrow’s follow-up.
A ramp, then a wall
A new mailbox starts at ten a day and adds three. Nothing can push it past thirty. That is where Gmail files a sender as bulk.
Email per company, ever
By domain and by project name. A founder’s own domain and the bd@ inbox are one company. No sequences.
Pixels, headers, HTML
Plain text and at most one link. Nothing that marks the email as a campaign. Replies are the signal.
Bounce ceiling
Past it, the mailbox pauses itself and asks for a cleaner list. A burned domain is not a growth strategy.
Start free. Pay for capacity and for the people.
Every plan keeps the same rules: at most thirty a day from a mailbox, one email per company, plain text, and a pause at 2% bounces. Paid in crypto: USDC, USDT, ETH, BNB, SOL or BTC.

Questions
Why at most thirty a day from a mailbox?
That is where Gmail and Outlook start treating a sender as bulk. Nothing in Introwire can raise it, on any plan. More volume means more mailboxes, each warming up on its own: ten on the first day, three more each day after.
Why one email per company, and no follow-up sequence?
A second address at a company that did not answer reads as a campaign, and a sequence of four reads as one too. One email with a real reason to reply gets answered more often than four without one.
Why no tracking pixels?
A pixel is the clearest sign of a bulk sender, and opens are not the signal anyway. Introwire reads replies every ten minutes and counts those.
What happens at 2% bounces?
The mailbox pauses itself and asks for a cleaner list. The import already drops role inboxes, duplicates and dead domains before anything is queued.
Which mailboxes work?
Google Workspace, Zoho and Microsoft 365, connected with an app password. The free plan sends from an address on your company's own domain, not from gmail.com.
What is free, exactly?
One Telegram deal group with any project in the directory, one mailbox sending ten emails a day, a hundred leads and one seat, with the board, the inbox with draft answers, the domain checks and the template library. No card, no time limit.
How do I pay?
In crypto, from Settings in the app: pick the plan, how many months and the coin (USDC, USDT, ETH, BNB, SOL or BTC on the chains listed), send it to the address shown and paste the transaction hash. We check it on the chain and switch your plan, usually within a few hours. Twelve months cost ten.
Where does my data live?
On Introwire's own servers, backed up nightly. Mailbox passwords are stored encrypted and never shown again; a mailbox you remove forgets its password.
